Wembley Potentially Sold To NFL Club Owners

There was a tantalizing offer from Shahid Khan, owner of Jacksonville Jaguars, to buy Wembley property. The Football Federation (FA) is likely to start preparing to lose Wembley Stadium property after billionaires Shahid Khan is confirmed to want to buy the historic stadium.

As The Evening Standard reported, Khan will bid the FA worth at least £ 500 million (approximately Rp10 trillion) to gain full ownership of Wembley.
Khan himself is known as the owner of the NFL Jacksonville Jaguars franchise club. If this agreement is reached, then the position and influence of football amercian team in London will be stronger.

The Pakistani businessman is also known as the owner of Fulham. However, Khan has insisted it will not involve the Championship division club in this Wembley deal.

In the last five seasons, Jaguars regularly hold the NFL International Series party at Wembley, with the closest party will be held on October 28 when the Florida team faced the 2018 Super Bowl winner of the Philadelphia Eagles.
